Beyond Spots & Dots is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to join our award-winning agency. This is a hands-on position responsible for building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing data, improving campaign performance, and working collaboratively with our creative, account management, and web development teams. You'll manage campaigns for clients across healthcare, tourism, manufacturing, professional services, nonprofit organizations, retail, and many other industries.

What Sucess Looks LIke

  • Opens Google Ads and campaign dashboards each morning to monitor performance.
  • Proactively identifies optimization opportunities before they become issues.
  • Continuously tests and refines bids, audiences, ad copy, and creative to improve results.
  • Thinks analytically and uses data to guide recommendations.
  • Takes ownership of campaign execution from launch through reporting.
  • Collaborates with the account, creative, and web teams to deliver exceptional client results.
  • Takes initiative, manages priorities independently, and proactively communicates with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Internet Advertising Management

  • Build, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns

  • Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

  • Manage Microsoft Ads (Bing)

  • Implement YouTube campaigns

  • Create and manage Programmatic campaigns

  • Build Remarketing audiences

  • Configure conversion tracking

  • Manage Google Tag Manager

  • Monitor campaign budgets

  • Optimize bids and audiences

  • Perform A/B testing

  • Review search term reports

  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

 

Internal and External Communications

  • Participate and oversee Digital Department meetings and brainstorming sessions

  • Work with production staff to ensure work is generated correctly

  • Setting up Dashboard access for clients

  • Presenting to current and potential new clients

  • Ensuring client websites are optimized for full potential of campaign spend

  • Maintain current Google Ads and Analytics and/or Meta certifications and stay informed on emerging digital advertising trends and platform updates.

 

Additional Potential Responsibilities: 

Search Engine optimization (SEO)

  • Discuss and review Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics with internal team and clients

  • Research, identify and establish partnerships with authoritative web sites for link-building

 

Potential Digital Advertising Platforms

  • Full understanding of how to implement and optimize various digital ad platforms, such as, but not limited to: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, HULU, Disney+, Paramount+, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns in an agency or multi-client environment is preferred. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve campaign management, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency is a plus.
