Responsibilities

Digital Advertising

  • Assist in daily budgeting of client digital advertising accounts, including paid search and paid social.
  • Assist in daily reviews and optimizations of digital advertising accounts.
  • Assist in building structure, including keywords & ads, for client digital advertising accounts.
  • Assist in performing weekly ad checks for quality control and tactical direction.
  • Assist in making recommendations for long-term strategic direction of client accounts.

Social Media

  • Assist in creating social media content
  • Assist in monitoring comment interaction
  • Assist in monitoring client inboxes
  • Assist in monitoring page feeds and visitor posts
  • Assist in increase engagement
  • Assist in scheduling posts / content
  • Assist in monitoring reviews & activity
  • Work with creative department for images and content

SEO

  • Assist in performing day-to-day SEO tasks, including backlinking.
  • Assist in reporting on ongoing SEO performance.

Analytics

  • Assist in creating monthly reports for clients.
  • Assist in reviewing client metrics for ongoing performance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Researches potential and current clients to determine best applications of tactical efforts.
  • Participate in Digital Department meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Work with production staff to ensure work is generated correctly

Software Skills

  • Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Etc.
  • Willingness to become Google Certified

Minimum Requirements

Education: Working towards Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Administration, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

  • Project management skills including organizing and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a team environment
  • Attend off-site and internal client meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and deadline oriented critical
  • Must be flexible and adapt/react to change
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize
