We want to assure you that although these are uncertain times, we will remain a constant. Our business hours have remained the same – 8:30AM-5:00PM – and we have safe communication practices in place to ensure we’re available at your convenience.
Google Meet
Our team is available for meetings with you via Google Meet which allows us to chat with you face-to-face virtually, as well as share our screen to present any necessary materials.
Phone Conference
Although our work phones are at the office, we are available via cell phones. Please feel free to reach out to us via e-mail for this contact information.
As usual, we are diligently checking our emails and responding as quickly as we possibly can.
Keeping Employees Encouraged
Supporting our employees has been a critical priority. We want to ensure their well-being while guaranteeing you that you’re still receiving the services you need and the quality of work you expect.
Our employees have been working from the safety of their homes since Tuesday, March 17, and will continue to do so until we are given the assurance that it is safe to return. They were provided exclusive access to our secure servers, computers, desktops, webcams, and any other materials they needed to work efficiently and securely from home.
We continue to hold regular internal meetings to stay on top of the tasks at hand, as well as to provide any tips, inspiration, or other fun conversation that can help boost morale during times like this.

While this is undoubtedly a challenging time, it is also a time to reflect and strategize. With proper planning and foresight, every organization can emerge stronger. We may be further apart, but we are closer than ever and we will get through this. This time shall also pass.
